Niitsitapi Centre for Work-Integrated Learning's (NCEWIL) focus is to establish a community of practice for Indigenous students enrolled in programs at the University of Lethbridge, Indigenous and local industry and community organizations, and our institutional partners in work-integrated learning. The purpose is to increase access, retention, and success of Indigenous students and PAC partners participating in WIL programs. The NCEWIL will support the indigenization of work-integrated learning programs by building a network of diverse industry and community partners to enhance connection and build capacity for academic and economic success for all partners.
